Syria updates: Rebel forces begin to enter city of Homs

A war monitor and the leader of the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham group both said rebels have entered Syria’s third city, Homs. Pro-government media also said Assad’s forces were taking up positions on the outskirts. DW has more.
