Israel says Gaza ceasefire won’t start without hostage list

A ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas was expected to come into effect on Sunday morning. The three-stage truce was to start the exchange of hostages held by Hamas for Palestinians in Israeli prisons. DW has more.
