US updates: Trump to hold tariff talks with Canada, Mexico

President Donald Trump said there will be talks with Mexico and Canada after ordering tariffs on both neighbors. Separately, Trump said funding to South Africa would be cut over alleged “confiscating” of land. Follow DW.
