Middle East: Cease-fire talks restart in Doha without Hamas

Israeli, US, Egyptian and Qatari mediators have restarted cease-fire talks in Qatar, despite Hamas refusing to take part. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged all sides not to undermine the process. DW has more.
