Middle East updates: Germany condemns deadly settler attack

Germany has condemned the latest attack by Jewish settlers in a West Bank village, in which a Palestinian man was killed. Meanwhile, the US has offered a “bridging proposal” in ongoing cease-fire talks. DW has more.
