Hungary’s government makes Ukrainian refugees homeless

A decree signed by Hungarian PM Viktor Orban has halted state support for the shelters used by many Ukrainian refugees, most of the Roma. Critics have called it a “disgrace” and a “new low” in Hungary’s refugee policy.
