Turkish-American woman killed in West Bank amid protests over settlement expansion

Palestinian officials said Turkish-American Aysenur Ezgi Eygi was shot while demonstrating against settlement in the occupied West Bank. The White House said it was “deeply distrubed” by the 26-year-old’s death.
