Venezuela recalls Spanish ambassador in post-election clash

Venezuela’s move followed after a Spanish minister called Maduro’s government a “dictatorship.” Opposition figure Eduardo Gonzalez Urrutia, who fled to Madrid this week, says he won July’s election.
