Middle East: Thousands flee in Lebanon amid Israeli strikes

Israel has said it is preparing for the “next phases” of operations targeting Hezbollah in Lebanon as concern grows over a wider conflict. Authorities said nearly 500 people were killed in Israeli strikes. DW has more.
