Ukraine’s Zelenskyy to present ‘victory plan’ in Ramstein

The Ukrainian president says he will present a plan to defeat the Russian invasion at a meeting of allies in Germany. This comes as Russia claims to have seized a further village in Ukraine’s Donetsk region.
