Moldova votes ‘no’ in referendum on EU: partial results

A partial count of ballots showed a 56% ‘no’ vote in a referendum on whether Moldova should add its EU membership plans to the constitution. Early presidential election results gave incumbent Maia Sandu a narrow lead.
