Russia: Bomb kills senior general Igor Kirillov in Moscow

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov was the head of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops. Authorities said the explosion was caused by a bomb hidden inside an electric scooter.
