Middle East updates: Israel, Hamas set for 4th hostage swap

Three Israeli hostages are set to be freed from Gaza in exchange for 183 Palestinians. Meanwhile, the Rafah crossing into Egypt is expected to open for the first time since May for medical evacuations. DW has more.
