Hassan Nasrallah, the Hezbollah leader, blamed Israel for the explosions of pagers and walkie-talkies that killed at least 37 people and injured thousands in Lebanon. Later in the day, Israeli warplanes struck rocket launchers and weapons caches in southern Lebanon.
