En visite officielle au Maroc, Gérard Larcher, président du Sénat, se rend mardi à Laâyoune, capitale du Sahara occidental, pour y « refléter la nouvelle position de la France », Emmanuel Macron ayant apporté son soutien à un plan d’autonomie de ce territoire proposé par Rabat. Un déplacement qui ne devrait pas apaiser la colère d’Alger.
