A man appeared on our doorstep just before Christmas with a bin bag and a frozen chicken – he stayed for 45 years

Rob Parsons and his wife Dianne were preparing for Christmas inside when they heard the door go. Rob opened the door to the man standing, armed with the chicken and his bin bag.
