Jennifer Lawrence’s fans were left with more questions than answers after the « Hunger Games » star launched her latest business endeavor.
Lawrence, 36, debuted her new mes° beauty brand online with The Cut and also revealed she’d gone under the knife for a breast augmentation in an attempt to become a « sexy mom. »
While some users celebrated Lawrence’s candid approach to plastic surgery, others admitted the actress was « unrecognizable » in the photo spread.

In the profile published Tuesday, Lawrence confessed that part of the reason she wants to look her best has to do with her children.
« I want to be a sexy mom, » she said. « At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s— together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my s— together. »
Lawrence and husband Cooke Maroney have two sons together: Cy, four, and a 19-month-old boy whose name has not yet been publicly disclosed.
She told The New Yorker in October 2025 that she was strongly considering getting a facelift, after previously admitting to dabbling in other cosmetic procedures in a Vogue interview.

« I can’t really get very much done, » she said. « I need to have movement in my face — I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot. »
Lawrence said she was « nervous » about fat transfers, but celebrated others in their quests for beauty.
« I support other people doing them because I want to continue to watch and see what happens, but I don’t know about that, » she said. « I mean, I would love to have a buccal fat removal. »
She explained that she wouldn’t pursue the treatment « because everybody would know, but just know that I want that, » and then noted that she preferred radiofrequency treatments « because I have huge cheeks, and so I feel like exercising them as much as possible. »

Earlier this year, Lawrence admitted she thought of herself as a « stay-at-home mom » more than anything while appearing on the « Smartless » podcast.
« That’s me. I identify as a stay-at-home mom, » she said while describing her life as an actor. « But I am obviously working. I’m not used to being busy like this. »
She added, « I normally have a busy three months while I’m filming, but even in that sense, it’s calm because there is nothing else to do. I just go to work, I do that, I come home, I sleep, and then I do it again. And then, like, two weeks while you promote. It is hectic. »
